Important: All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Sunsoft Technology management based on individual circumstances and project completion status.
If you are unsatisfied during the ongoing service period, we may, at our discretion, offer one of the following solutions:
Provide a refund of up to 50% of the total service cost, depending on the work completed and project stage.
Extend the service period at no extra cost to address your concerns and ensure satisfaction with the final deliverable.
No refunds will be issued once the service has been fully delivered and all agreed-upon deliverables have been provided to the client.
We encourage all clients to review deliverables thoroughly during the service period and provide feedback to ensure the final output meets your expectations before service completion.
If you wish to cancel a service before completion:
In rare cases where Sunsoft Technology needs to cancel a service, a full refund will be provided for any payments made, minus any work already completed and delivered.
